afa - have you reviewed the last quarterly and the amount of free cash PSA generates, would explain why they are not rapidly progressing Hummer, otherwise you are spot on and I am sure they would, JV partner may also be inhibiting...bear in mind also although 400 bpd and gas, PSA net interest is @10% from memory so only 40 bpd and 10% of the gas per day so not materially significant in the scheme of things, particularly when overlaid upon the corporate expenses.. I understand there are grand plans for Hummer but all really depends on MENA getting off the ground as that is where the cash burn has been.
