OMV Could Resume in April 2018, page-11

Without creating any fear (hopefully), I wish to inform you that our joint venture partner, Castex Energy Partners, for Hummer went to court to obtain voluntary reorganisation under ch 11 (Bankruptcy court) on 17th Oct 2017. A quick look on google shows on jan 8th 2018, they have provided 2nd amended reorganisational plan amongst other items ~ quite the long list. Then in March this year the court approved a plan. Should be ok but you have to wonder how Hummer's plans might change.
