Compare to a million litres of radioactive uranium slurry leaking into the environment at ERA's Ranger mine in Kakadu in December. Certainly concerning but entirely manageable, apparently no lasting damage to surrounding national park. That turns out to be not a big deal, despite being about a trillion times more toxic than any amount of fracking chemicals.
