for starters, fully diluted there is more like 520m shares on issue (inc options and unlsited securities)
and i dont think an offer would be 50% higher given whats happened with the market since the last deal. Higher cost of capital will have impacted the value of the project.
I think 80-90c is more realistic and would be enough to get them over the line
