Angel, thanks for that. I have read some of this guys stuff before and he has been spot in with all his predictions.
I agree with all his points but am unsure if why he would say sell expensive assets like real estate. I guess it depends where your property/ies are. With interest rates coming down and, in Sydney at least, a rental shortage i wont be selling real estate.
As for his comment about oil more than doubling in the next couple of years. He is again spot on as far as I am concerned. That only makes our little nest egg that is NDO all the more attractive... imo
If you have the money load up I say.
