    My point is MAUL offers authorities the ability to step forward---13/14 yr olds or not and make a statement that says clearly STOP.
    Parenting issues/whatever we appear to have lost our ability and right to say STOP , that behaviour is unacceptable and their our consequences to YOU if you persist in your course of action.
    I,m sure theirs a very large market for non lethal force and with our new mates ,hope to see us launched into this market soon.
