For all that has been said here, there is only one sure reason why this company's share price is reaching new lows... and that is because I am still a shareholder. I have proven on numerous occasions that no matter how bad a speccy is performing, the day after I sell, the share price skyrockets. Because I am a charitable person I will seriously consider cash offers to sell my shares for the benefit of other long suffering shareholders.
