    Interesting question, I notice someone is chipping away at CRE again today.

    The price paid for compulsory aquisition must be 'Fair Value'

    I believe Focus can set a price but and independent and approved expert decides whether this represents 'fair value'

    The owners of the shares also have rights of appeal.
    Not sure if it is any different if they are delisted.
