The Asx has two other of my investment companies on suspension. One is threatened with de-listing and the other has been found to be dubious financial state (possibly illiquid).
You own your shares, as you are probably aware. If the Co. de-lists it will become a private co. and you will still own the shares in the co. Its probable that the co. may offer to buy out your shares or it may re-list elsewhere.
the PET situation is different at present. They have requested the suspension, its not imposed by the ASX. The co. has hired KPMG to investigate their finances and its likely a cause will be found and possibly prosecuted.
The worst case scenario is if the co. folds due to financial difficulties but imo this is unlikely to happen with PET.
