Whilst it is below 10cents it is such a good buy....when it goes past 10 it moves from the .001 to .005 which makes it a 5% increase on your return...that is probably one reason why this stock is being held down below 10cents...i expect that this is only a temporary situation and as the positive news keeps coming out..we will be flying past the 10cents in no time...
