But will we have a problem with DOE. For example, if GE were to come out and say the test loop proves the theory then USEC would be paralysed. Funding would be impossible to get and key staff would be hard to get/retain. My point is that DOE needs to keep USEC viable just in case LE fails down the track. Will DOE force GE to play games. Or am i jumping at shadows?
