I should be able to make it to the meeting after the AGM. Where do you plan to meet? They will not allow you to meet in the same venue as the AGM.
Have you considered trying to get someone voted on to the board? That might be a quick way to get some influence and visibility to what is happening at the board level. You would need to check what the rules are with regard to nominating a candidate for the board, what the time frames are for nomination etc. It may be too late already, of course.
