It's waaay too late for raisings... this should have been considered way back in september, even if an EGM was needed. I believe there's something about a 60% limit (or thereabouts) so it couldn't be done anyway. The only hope now seems to be liquidating some assets (either voluntarily or otherwise), or trying to settle one of their disputes for a lesser amount than what they originally claimed.
