I've had a look at the guy spruiking the tip top - he's an inventor with a heap of patents over different products.
As far as I know he doesn't get involved in the manufacture - just invents & flogs off the patent if someone is willing to buy it.
I did see an ad for buy the tip top patent at one stage - not sure of the price though.
I got the impression he's working in a shed in his back yard - not exactly a high tech operation.
