giddiyup, imho the selling by polo, not only of acb but bky etc is to ensure they have plenty of cash to scoop up any ext ri @7.75 that aren't taken up - unless dattles and co are looking at something else as well e.g. increase BMN holding to get controlling interest thro various entities without raising too much interest? - pure speculation though but he has a deep wallet
