Yes I am one of those div chasers. In and out of TLS earlier at ~$3.00 and now into SWM, amazing how quickly the cash can add up.
With regards to the SP, the market will find an equilibrium soon, may be higher or lower than where we are now.
I don't think it will rise heaps until the debt is refinanced. Mgmt can say whatever they like about refinancing but until it actually happens don't believe a word of it.
