Just my thoughts on AUM.
Any directors of a company that
can move shares for us shareholders deserves a
pat on the back. Last 2 years annual report
shows Mccrae lent the company $700k with no
interest because shareholders did not take up
their entitlements. The fact the directors are
buying stock and disclosing it to the market
gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. On a flight from
Perth to Melb in april i sat next to a BHP
geologist and told him i was in AUM,he said
never heard of it, who runs it.? I told him Wayne
Mccrae, he said he will make it work, he smells
metal for a living. He told me Mccrae discovered
the Century Zinc depost the largest zinc mine in
the world. He told me BHP looked at the property
before Mccrae and couldn't find anything.
I asked can he do it again, he said if theres a big metal
deposit out there he'll find it. Looks like hes done it again. As for the "reek of insider trading" where the
hell is this guy coming from. What is the "
wyneberg" To accuse a listed company of insider
trading, you had better have plenty of proof or
plenty of money for the lawyers. It sounds like
sour grapes to me . Id be making a withdrawal
and an apology before the company officials hear
about the remarks. Just a little advice from
someone who made the same expensive mistake. AUM
has gone against the downward trend and it smells
like the party hasnt even started. I love a party.
