Dont know whats driving it but can can speculate that maybe a farm in has been inked, or a few mainland chinese connected with Great Wall drilling,or chinese national oil got latest updated seismic map prior to spud. No doubt the lads will be leaking the good oil (if you will excuse the pun) to their 'investor' friends back home.
If this is pre spud speculation I hate to see to whats going to happen as it approaches the target. Feral might the be word.
