Maybe It's me who needs correcting.... The way I see it, although todays open gapped up from yesterdays close, there is no gap to be filled because yesterdays high of .35 has covered that gap.I have been assuming that a gap is the fresh air between a previous days high and the next days low.Happy to be corrected if I am wrong though... :)
