They sound like two informed comments from investors of note!!!!

Stocko, when will you learn that the market is a function of many things including confidence, greed, fear, fundamentals etc etc? It chews-up and spits-out fools like you every day.

Here's a little insight into market dynamics. The current market depth of ATC clearly indicates there is a lack of buying AND selling activity. This is not unusual when the general market lacks confidence. Hint, this is when the best opportunities present themselves.

Take for instance our beloved ATC:

Assuming all is well with the FNT transaction (and we are merely looking at a normal time delay to complete), then the business will be earnings positive to the tune of 9-11c per share (post-completion). On the basis of any reasonable valuation methodology, a price in excess of 50c is appropriate. So, ask yourself, if you are confident in the FNT deal proceeding then a price of 12.5c is cheap. If FNT, in your opinion, does not proceed then what will the stock be valued at??? Given the last assessment carried out pre-FNT indicated forward earnings expectations of 3-4c per share, then a valuation of 20-30c is still reasonable.

So what is the problem?? The market lacks overall confidence and there is some lingering doubt being expressed by the investors in ATC about FNT proceeding.

Overall, not only is ATC cheap on all counts, there is significant upside available for investors that believe the market (both at a macro and micro level) is oversold. This is clearly something that escapes the comprehension of the likes of Stocko!!! This is why he will remain bitter and twisted and a whinger on stock forums like this one.
