Finally got trade to accept @ 4:10pm so has not actually made it to the queue yet. Still waiting on contract note for purchase made middle of the day. No point in taking up with call centre staff as they are not the issue, it is management who are happy to collect the fees while things are going smoothly and are unable to respond when an issue arises
