To me either PNO should explain and then rectify this if necessary

get crossmark to explain and rectify it if necessary and then if the explanation is not satisfactory look at ways to improve and monitor the output from Crossmark.

This is just not good enough. Isn't anybody accountable, monitoring, or treating the launch professionally or seriously?

Credibility within has been a long standing problem. Surely we aren't going to now extend that to the public at large as well.

I trust there is an acceptable, believable explanation.
