just a note... when u do call to complain about the new service pls spare a thought for the client service officers on the other end of the line. They had no say in changing the system or input into the new fee structure and are trying their best to help you. I know all of these people and was a CSO myself until very recently and they are all really nice, caring people who want to help you. Yelling at them isn't gonna fix the problem any faster and I'm sure they were hoping for a smooth crossover onto the new system too. Not a very pleasant experience getting yelled at by every client every day for 2 weeks when u have no control over the situation. THanks :)
