Same here mal. I am not a very frequent trader but was promised Gold trader access till 31 Jan but have been placed on a casual plan. Can't even get real time quotes which is what really pisses me off. Phones just ring out after recorded message whan I ring 131380. These b*stards have bitten the hand that feeds them one last time. The best thing I did last year was change our mortgage to Westpac - no worries. Now am going to change online brokers. Its a pain this time of year but the alternative is worse. Can anyone recommend a service. Are Comsec or e-trade any good?
