I mentioned MVT in an earlier post as an investment coy looking for undervalued coys.
It is headed by Ron Brierley a wily Kiwi who founded Brierley Investments one of NZs most successful corporate raiders.
Today MVT have announced an on market bid for POZ which I have held for a few years.
POZ and DGR share a price well below cash backing and nil value attributed to other holdings and mining properties.
My experience tells me that these deeply discounted junior miners will be hoovered up over the next year.
