That's a fair call electron99.
But then again that's why UMC is 68c and not $6.80.
I'm sure there was an awful lot of what ifs when FMG was trading in the 60's but regardless of the criticism Twiggy received in the early days he remained focussed and his vision is fast becoming a reality.
Many have stared at the bauxite reserves in the far north for decades but dare not venture into the unknown.
The bauxite/alumina project will be massive and one which will immense planning at all levels:
• Environmental issues
• Native title issues
• Energy logistics
• Infrastructure
• Government
• Transport
• Staffing
• Funding
• Etc etc
Every project, small or large, has a stating point and rest assure the first seed has now been planted.
No one expects to see miracles happen overnight, it just doesn’t happen that way, but step by step we will see this project evolve.
If anyone cares not to share Alan Birchmore's vision nor trust the ability and dedication of UMC's management team then invest your money elsewhere.
Likewise, if you don't trust the ability and committment from the Norsk team then invest your money elswhere.
After all, it's your money and your choice!!!
