    VRLPA on market buy back will not get to 90% at this stage. VRL has bought 90 million shares and intend to buy another 50 millions shares. so in total, VRL intend to buy 140 millions. There are about 160 millions shares in total. Hence there will be 20 million shares left and it is more than 10% (ie no compulsory acquisition is possible). Greenmailer may come in. who know?
