    Amazing that VRlLs board can find the extra cash to increase the buyback when they were not able to afford the dividend on the prefs........

    Mark my words, as soon as the number of prefs gets down to a "reasonable" level, you'll see the dividend reinstated on the prefs so that the current large holders of the ordinary shares can also collect a dividend......
