Apparent reason for buy back "To enhance shareholder value" - seems poor logic.

Have they ever thought a statement on future distributions would close the share price v NTA gap.

Of course unless Brookfield sell some of their own stock into the buy back, a buy back is a good way to eliminate minorities.
