I'd love to know what different scenarios would stop the sp rising with a 30 mill buy back. Wouldn't it have to be an announcement with significant bad news for share holders? There are obviously more announcements pending with the release of the financials that I’m assuming will damper the buy back.
Why isn't the stock being bought at this price prior to the buy back and who is steadily unloading?
Why did a couple of the directors recently sell when a buy back was imminent?
I have the idea that to keep the sp low during the buy back some of the major share holders will be selling.
Some clarity from PT would be welcomed.
