2 good points rapper. I think the market is not responding due to a total lack of trust in the gang of 4 directors and management. Most would suspect that the directors are going to use the buyback to sell some shares; that and bonuses to employees are probably shares, so they too can share in the joy. (please note this is an assumption on my part, but fits with the "rip of the small shareholder mentality" of PEOple); and are therefore staying well clear of this stock.
