If you think this is a good deal fair enough however I personally strongly disagree. Arcadia is a world class deposit and I think it’s an absolute shocker and stitch up every way I look at it.

With regards to your comments on ASIC, Prospect Resources is an Australian publicly traded company which is required to adhere to both ASX rules and ASIC governance. Not sure if you have heard of the corporations act. If not you may want to check it out and understand the basics.

The transaction is not a done deal as it requires share holder approval. The current share price suggest this along with the uncertainty of tax matters and potential Australasian regulatory queries. ASX have already made an initial query straight off the bat and I’m personally expecting more.
