Recent M&A activity and this one is a big deal because it has implications on all other lithium stocks due to China’s obsessive desire to control EV / battery market and subsequent raw material pricing.
You cannot market an affordable EV if raw material prices keep skyrocketing and they’re not going to spend $ Billions on Gigafactories and be held to ransom by some miners......the market can afford only so much.
