Red Baron’s calculation was similar to mine except he factored in potential tax offset from Zimbabwe CGT.
CHN paid about 30% tax on disposal of Eritrean asset and capital return was way smaller than their issued capital.
PSC’s issued capital is only $76m, so maximum capital return would be around $70m, more likely around $50m, then remaining large amounts would be distributed as dividends, imo.
