price has been down since the deal with 60% premium was announced except for the open on the first morning after the announcement due to some exuberant buyers whether real or tricksters, with lots of uncertainty remaining, hence the down ramping.
price action today is the same as yesterday.
possibly fat cats soaking up the energy while the chattel are drenched in uncertainty
axe ato ruling specifically makes a point of declaring share capital as 30mil on the balance sheet
and capital return as 10mil
suggesting it is critical
whether absolutely and solely critical i don't know
downside with deal in tact might be zero for low tax rate shareholders at this price point.
