if you analyse all the situation what we are surprise? IMO they've had this offer for a long time because doesn't explain the capital raising. the only reason was for make a favor to some friends. they ready decided everything long time ago.
the top 20 have more than 50% so the price vote doesn't have any power. I'm pretty much sure they will take this offert.
MR Hosak have approximately 5 mil share. He got grand part of this shares last year with a capital raising of 5 cents during the covid pandemic. So what we are surprise?
He is just smart and look at his pocket. I think everybody will do the same things if have the opportunity.
the only thing we wrong was to trust a project in Zimbabwe and to this management with this high wages without bring any consistent result to the old investors.
