Whatever the structure of the return is, holders are still left holding a shell company that will be illiquid. If multiple Holders are trying to sell the rump of this deal, into a thin bid, the risk or losing considerable money is real. Holders are selling now because Arcadia wa the A game and the only game. That’s gone. No one wants to play B game which is what you are left with if holding till deal completion.
