Anyone who wants to sell can sell into the 400,000,000 share on-market buyback.... That's enough volume to get almost +80% of holders out if they want

Anyone who is left after that will hold a cash back +$1 PSC with only around 50 million shares on issue.... this is minimum, this is cash backed, there will always be buyers for a cash back company with PSC's successful history now, anyone who wants to sell any big volume can sell into the buyback and be gone..

You will end up being left with just Management & a couple of holders for the entire 50 million register... Imagine having only 50 million shares on issue and they make another discovery!! It will gap to $2-$3 in an instant and there will be nobody holding except management & insto's if all retail has already bailed.

It's by far the best most incredible solution and i'm so pi$$ed off they didn't announce this already and we wouldn't have this drama..
