Where did you get your calculations from? This slide is from the AGM in June showing capital structure however without top 20. Board and management only hold 6%. There was also the recent capital raising to further diversify I understand. Respect your views and yes the deal may be a certainty as you suggest. In my opinion not so sure and there is also potential regulatory hurdles.
