    I have trouble understanding what is happening with PVD?

    Compare

    88E 5 months out from drilling and the price is increasing significantly on high volume.

    With

    PVD days away from drilling and the price relatively unchanged on low volume.

    Both are exposed to the same oil price and same oil exploration landscape.
