Noble has one director on the board.....They have already paid $1.5m....Their interest seems genuine enough....Don't see them just walking away.....Yet again, $1.5m is only loose change for the Noble Men.
The largish volume @ 0.011 gives a favourable hint of satisfactory "finalization"....or... "progress".
We should know soon enough.
