This deal has dragged on since July 2012, with various extensions. If you are refering just to the license component, you have:

"This further draw down is subject to confirmation of licensing conditions in relation to the Northern Manganese Project at Mansa which Kaboko expects will be satisfied on or before 7 January 2013." - Dec 24th.

Then on 17th of Jan they updated with - "The Company expects that the confirmation of the licenses will made upon the re-opening of the relevant legal and regulatory offices in Zambia at which point in time $3 million will be advanced on or about 31 January 2013"

So last time it was 10days late before they offered the 'update', so I wouldn't automatically count on an update tomorrow. If it's signed then update. If it's not signed then no update imo.

But this is only one of many hurdles to come and more waivers and condition precedence need to be met. So a delay wont hurt sp too much. And a granting wont reward much either but might cause another pump opportunity.

We've already drawndown $1mil so we aren't desperate for the $3mil. But we can't buy the plant until we get more money which has already impacted the forecast production figures for 2013.

Maybe we'll get an update since we are due a quarterly anyway. Or at the very least their will be a note about 'events subsequent to reporting period'. This $1mil kept us alive.

Will be good to see what happened to the $1.5mil OKAP loan and see it formally extended.

    Bring on the quarterly(and license).
