Well put cyclops, yes a takeover would be a real threat to shareholders realising full value for our investment. Like you, as long as key milestones are being met, I will hold for production.
As you suggest there is a lot of water to go under the bridge before mining becomes a reality, one of which is capex and its potential dilutive effect.
Dilution without question will be neccessary in the future, if achieved at various stages on an uptrending share price, as well as made to the right institutions who will then support CPL on market then this is a positive for established holders.
A big sign for me that management are aware of this is the fact that we were able to debt fund the recent acquisition resulting in minimal dilution. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to achieve this so early, I hope for similar pleasant suprises in the future.
