    The court will probably apply a cut off time of when people were misinformed, if they were - that is likely to be quite recently - last 2 -3 year maybe. Mine were bought before then. Lets say 300m shares (CDI equil) are lodged. What is the company worth -$10-15m. You might get 1-2c back. Company would be wound up.
