Yet again you show your poor comprehension skill and you lack of knowledge of market research & statistics.
A poll that is at the extreme end of the margin of error is a rouge poll.
When the do random sampling for product quality occasionally the find a higher rate of faults, they would follow up with more random samples to check it was not just a rouge sample and don't just assume that sample is correct and they have a problem.
That is an example of why you don't take one poll at face value
