Why is it so good? CAP will lose 50% of the company on payment (51%). CAP shareholders now only own 49% of the company. BMG already indirectly owns CAP IMO. With 98m shares (inlcuding unquoted options) on offer at 45c, the market is valuing CAP fully diluted at approx. $43.5m with 50% ownership, deteriorating to 20% if mined. When you compare and contrast, she's at best, IMO fairly priced when you compare and contrast with others. Without enormous exploration success and/or 100% takeover (based on BMG's own figures plus a premium - possibly 55 to 60c) she looks just okay but not cheap atm. Too high for me. GL to long term holders though - was 7c not so long ago but IMO, the timelines and targets are very bizarre.
