If you put an onmarket order for slightly over 100,000 shares you would move the SP from 38c to 52c....

Hecto - I am being optimistic on the CO2 deal based on the assumption that the commission wont allow Exxon & Connoco to vent and therefore they may sign the contracts prior to the next hearing.
