once the election is out of the way these on shore oil leases can be handed out. some have been promised to local angolan outfits and we know falcon is the only local. ms has been working on these for two years and with all the palm greasing cvi is doing you can bet some are coming our way. the oil refinery news will tie in nicely with the on shore leases u would think. its only 8 days to the election and cvi is very well positioned. the latest share issue has no doubt sewn up the big deals within the ministry. its a shame most long term cvi holders like myself are already fully loaded up as 8.5 is a bargain but thems the breaks i guess.
