1. I hate to be a wet blanket when it comes to LKO's on-shore prospects in Victoria, but have you noticed that the resumption of on-shore exploration continues to be deferred. When the exploration resumption was announced last year, it appeared that LKO could re-commence exploration on 1 July. Then it was announced that applications to re-commence exploration could be made from 1 July, thus delaying a re-start. Now LKO can't make application until after new regulations are in place in September. Something doesn't sound right to me. I hope I'm wrong, but somehow I don't think the Victorian Government will make it easy for LKO.
