    A few thoughts come to mind...but for starters on a fully diluted basis there are 690m odd shares on issue. Therefore offers in the $3bn range would be about the $4.30 mark per share. At $6 a pop we're looking at about $4.2bn.

    May I ask how you arrive at your offer valuation?
